We are seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring excellent customer service, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch sales, revenue, and customer service targets.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate branch staff to meet performance and professional development goals.
• Build strong relationships with customers, address concerns promptly, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and audit requirements.
• Monitor branch expenses and profitability, preparing regular reports for senior management.
• Identify local market opportunities and implement initiatives to increase customer base.
• Ensure effective cash management, record-keeping, and security protocols at the branch.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in banking/financial services, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Leadership & Management: Proven ability to lead teams, delegate tasks, and achieve results.
• Customer Service: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build lasting client relationships.
• Sales & Business Development: Ability to identify opportunities, set targets, and drive branch growth.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving, data analysis, and decision-making abilities.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Knowledge of financial regulations and ability to enforce internal controls.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office, banking/financial software, and digital tools.
